We encourage movement, encourage crawling

Crawling helps connect the two cerebral hemispheres, helps integrate reflexes, and helps gain coordination.
Furthermore, crawling promotes vision, since the child must focus on a short distance and this helps strengthen the muscles of the ocular system.
It is also favorable for the vestibular system, helping the child to know where they are in space and to better understand distances.
Finally, it helps integrate the cross gait, which is the pattern that we as adults use when walking and gives us stability.
While it is true that crawling has many benefits and helps with psychomotor development, if you don't do it, absolutely nothing will happen to you , since there is no relationship with possible developmental delays.
